        On the morning of April 26, 2026, our company successfully convened the 2nd Session of the 28th Staff Representative Congress at the Corporate Training Center. Nearly 130 staff representatives and non-voting representatives from seven delegations attended the meeting.

        The congress heard and reviewed the work report delivered by Mr. Zhang Yancai, General Manager of the Company, titled Anchor Goals, Take Solid Actions, and Strive to Write a New Chapter of High-Quality Corporate Development. The conference presented medals and honorary certificates to Mr. Li Boyong, recipient of the 2025 Jiangsu Provincial May 1st Labor Medal, and commended the 2025 Outstanding Civil Employees, Advanced Workers, Corporate Model Employees and Advanced Collectives. Wang Jing, Model Employee Representative from the Operation Department, delivered an acceptance speech.

        Mr. Guo Yan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, signed the Party Building Work Responsibility Letter with Ms. Zhu Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. The secretaries of seven grassroots Party branch committees submitted the Party Branch Construction Commitment Letter to the Company Party Committee.Mr. Zou Yaoming, Vice Chairman of the Board, signed the 2026 Annual Work Target Responsibility Letter with General Manager Zhang Yancai on behalf of the Board of Directors. General Manager Zhang Yancai also signed annual work target responsibility letters with members of the management team and leaders in charge of safety work respectively.

        Chen Mingqiang, Xiao Hongjun, Wu Jianhua and Hu Dongming, representing the Company’s Production Department, Safety Management Department, Technology Department and production workshops respectively, delivered statements on implementing the spirit of the Staff Representative Congress, identifying gaps against benchmarks and promoting reform and innovation.

        Mr. Xu Guizhong, Vice Chairman and First Deputy General Manager of the Company, put forward requirements to all attendees on facing existing problems squarely, advancing reform and innovation, and fully implementing the spirit of the congress. He called on all employees to take prompt action, unite as one, and make concerted efforts to ensure the completion of all work targets for the year.
