        The conference listened to and reviewed the work report of Comrade Zhang Yancai, general manager of the company, entitled "Strengthening the expansion of new and strong acts, accurate efficiency enhancement of standards, and building a new pattern of high-quality development of enterprises". The conference commended the 2024 civilized workers, advanced workers, company pacesetters and advanced collectibles, and commended Comrade Shao Xujiao of Ship Research Institute, who won the 2024 Zhenjiang Employees' "Top Ten Advanced Operation Method", and Comrade Shi Hua En, who won the Zhenjiang employees' "Five small" activity municipal gizmo excellent project.

        Guo Yan, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the company, and Julie, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, signed a letter of responsibility for Party building work. The secretaries of 7 grass-roots party branches submitted a letter of commitment for Party branch construction to the Party Committee of the company. Vice Chairman Zou Yaoming, on behalf of the board of directors of the company, signed the 2025 annual work target responsibility letter with General Manager Zhang Yancai; General Manager Zhang Yancai signed the annual work target responsibility letter with the members of the management layer and the leaders in charge of safety.

        On behalf of the Party Committee of the company, Comrade Xu Guizhong, vice chairman of the company and the first deputy general manager, put forward specific hopes to the delegates on the implementation of the spirit of the Vocational Congress. Finally, Chairman Guo Yan made further requirements on how to implement and achieve results based on the theme of "looking for mistakes in standard, thinking about change and seeking new ideas, clarifying responsibilities, and strengthening assessment". At the same time, he put forward eager hopes that cadres at all levels should strengthen learning, improve quality, and change their work style, and called on all employees to take immediate action and work with one heart. Work hard to ensure the completion of this year's work targets!
